• First stage: Squeezing the dough and sprinkling the flour using the pressing system, then passing through a hard-chrome plated cylinder until it has an oval shape.
• Second stage: Converting the dough from an oval shape to a round shape using hard chrome-plated cylinders equipped with a pneumatic system.
• Easy to disassemble and install the flour sieve for the cleaning process.
• For the safety of the workers, the above flour sieve is closed.
