Automatic Pita /Arabic Bread Line The automatic production line for the Arabic / Pita bread consists of an automatic divider, primary proofer, sheeter, final proofer, and tunnel oven. Upon request, the entire production line is either made of all-stainless steel or stainless steel housing. Line output per hour varies depending on the type of line requested (ex. single, double, triple, quad etc.). The diameter of the loaf ranges from 15 to 40 cm. Installation space depends on the location. Supplied with Italian engines . The furnance can be either diesel or gas as per customer's request and country requirements.
